Hemp Tacos? Guess what…they’re delicious!
My son and I made these hemp tacos last night and they were not only easy (which we all need more of in our lives, right?), but they were delicious! Even Braeden (he’s a teen) LOVED them and said he would eat them all day long. It only took 10 MINUTES TO MAKE THESE!
I love this new product from Hemp Way Foods! It is packed full of protein, vitamins and minerals, and it tastes great! We used the crumbles for this recipe, and they also have “burgers,” which I can’t wait to try as well. I typically don’t eat beans or high-lectin foods (lectin is a protein found in wheat, tomatoes, potatoes and some beans that can be hard to digest). However, the awesome folks over at Hemp Way Foods soak their beans the proper way, which aids in digestion and absorption. They do include quinoa, but the carb amount is low in these and gives me a little boost.

We are grain free also, so we used The Real Coconut – Coconut Flour Tortillas, which are also fabulous.

We added asparagus as our vegetable and we were good to go!
