Healthy Taco Salad Recipe!

Here is a quick and easy taco salad recipe that we love! It is super easy to prepare, healthy and is Whole30-approved, Paleo, grain-free, nightshade-free and allergen-free!

Ingredients:

Organic, Grass Fed Ground Beef – Seasoned

Organic Spinach

Organic Radishes

Organic White Bottom Mushrooms

Organic Avocado

Kalamata Olives

Cilantro (lots of cilantro)!

Olive Oil

Juice of 1 Lime

Prepare ground beef for taco meat and season how you’d prefer. Make into tiny patties if you have time. Sauté mushrooms to preference in olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Prepare salad and add all ingredients!

Prep time: 20 minutes
